Trusted Plumbers Generates and Routes Enquiries
The platform markets plumbing services, captures customer requests and may route relevant enquiries to participating providers.
Independent plumbing provider opportunities
Trusted Plumbers is building a local plumbing enquiry platform designed to connect relevant customer requests with independent providers covering Johannesburg North and selected nearby areas.
Plumbing businesses may submit their information for consideration. Participation, coverage, commercial terms and enquiry access are discussed directly and confirmed separately.
Submitting provider information does not guarantee acceptance, lead volume, territory, exclusivity, revenue or a minimum level of work.
Direct provider answer
Submit your business name, contact details, service areas, plumbing services and operating information by WhatsApp or email. Trusted Plumbers can then discuss potential participation, subject to coverage needs and agreed commercial terms.
The participation model
Trusted Plumbers operates as an enquiry platform. The service provider remains independent and deals directly with the customer on the plumbing work.
The platform markets plumbing services, captures customer requests and may route relevant enquiries to participating providers.
The plumbing business remains responsible for its own staffing, vehicles, tools, pricing, compliance, insurance, taxes and operations.
The provider confirms availability, access, call-out arrangements, pricing, materials, scope, payment terms and guarantees directly.
Participation expectations
These expectations support relevant enquiry routing, professional customer communication and accurate provider information.
Providers should supply accurate trading, ownership and contact information and promptly notify Trusted Plumbers of material changes.
Providers should accept only enquiries that fall within their competence, service offering and operational capacity.
Providers should identify the suburbs and zones they can reasonably cover and update coverage when availability changes.
Providers should respond to accepted enquiries promptly and keep the customer reasonably informed.
Call-out fees, pricing basis, materials, scope, exclusions and guarantees should be explained directly to the customer.
Providers should communicate respectfully, follow site-access requirements and take reasonable care around people and property.
Providers remain responsible for applicable legal, tax, safety, technical, insurance and regulatory requirements.
Providers should maintain accurate records of customer contact, bookings, completed work and enquiry status where reporting is required.
Information to submit
Provide enough information to understand who you are, what work you do and where you can reasonably accept enquiries.
Business or trading name, contact person, telephone number, email address and website or social profile where available.
List the suburbs and zones you can cover consistently, together with any distance or travel limitations.
Explain whether you handle emergencies, drains, geysers, burst pipes, leaks, bathrooms, general repairs or commercial work.
Provide team size, vehicle coverage, typical operating times and the type or volume of work you can reasonably manage.
Provide relevant registration, insurance, tax, qualification or compliance information where appropriate to your business and services.
Explain how you quote, communicate with customers, manage call-outs, issue invoices and handle workmanship concerns.
Provider onboarding discussion
Participation is considered in stages and is subject to current platform needs and separately agreed terms.
Send the business name, services, coverage areas and primary contact details.
The submitted information may be reviewed against coverage needs and service categories.
Coverage, enquiry handling, fees, access and any shared or exclusive arrangements are discussed directly.
Participation begins only after the applicable terms and operational expectations are agreed.
Commercial arrangements
No commercial model should be assumed until it has been discussed and confirmed directly.
Enquiry quantity, timing and suitability can vary. No minimum number of leads or jobs is promised.
Area or service-category exclusivity exists only where it has been expressly agreed in writing.
Fees, payment timing, lead access and operational terms are discussed and confirmed independently.
An enquiry may not become a booking or completed job. The provider remains responsible for customer follow-up and conversion.
